Dubai's real estate market is showing an elevated risk of hitting a bubble, that's according to UBS's latest Global Bubble Real Estate Index. The report saw Dubai record the strongest risk increase from last year, together with Madrid. Economist Matthias Holzhey is the lead author of the study at UBS Global Wealth Management's Chief Investment Office. He spoke to Bloomberg's Horizons Middle East and Africa anchor Joumanna Bercetche on the report.
