Marc Franklin of Manulife Investment Management says that even though US tariff levels are increasing, \\"policy uncertainty has actually come down and that's generally constructive for risk appetite.\\" Franklin also tells Bloomberg Television that there's mixed evidence over the extent to which tariffs are inflationary in the medium term.
