BEIJING, Feb 4 (Reuters) - ​China's ‌market regulator on ‌Wednesday said it has ⁠unconditionally ‌approved the establishment ‍of a joint venture ​by battery ‌manufacturer CATL and state-owned automaker Chery.

The ⁠regulator ​did ​not disclose details of ‍the ⁠venture.
