Feb 10 (Reuters) - The ‌U.S. ‌Treasury Department on ​Tuesday issued a general ‌license ⁠authorizing the provision ⁠of ​U.S. ​goods, technology, ​software ‌or services for the exploration, development ‌or ​production ​of ​oil ‌and gas ​in ​Venezuela.
